MN Elite Girls at Western Cup

This weekend Minnesota Elite Girls sent 3 high school teams to compete in the IWLCA Western Cup lacrosse tournament in Denver, CO.  Our '14, '15, '16 teams competed in this first-ever Western Cup tournament, IWLCA's first tournament west of the Mississippi! Our teams have come a long way in 3 years - and our strength as a lacrosse program, with talented players and strong coaches, was evident in the way we played

After morning games, heavy rains/wind came through - games cancelled, fields flooded, Sunday's games scrambling to find dry fields. The tournament was quick to respond and handled this sudden disaster well.
